New Ease-of-Use Car Seat Ratings

Installing and using car seats can be a bear, and yesterday, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration introduced a new ratings system for car seats - giving 1-5 stars for ease of use. Since safety depends on whether your car seat is installed correctly, then it makes sense that the easier the installation the more likely you'll have a safe situation.
